POLICIES Please read carefully before booking. You are agreeing to my terms and policies when you book your appointment. I reserve the right to refuse service & terminate client/service provider relationship at any time 🫶🏼 NEW CLIENTS: Please come in with bare nails (no regular nail polish, gel-x, press ons, acrylic/dip, hard gel, etc.) before your appointment as I do not offer soak offs/fills for other’s work. If you still have a nail enhancement on but you're interested in booking with me, I recommend you go to the original salon or another one to get your old nail enhancements removed prior to our appointment. No exceptions — please don’t ask <3 ₊‧°𐐪♡𐑂°‧₊ CANCELLATION POLICY • I ask that you please reschedule or cancel appointments at least 48 hours before the beginning of your appointment. • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment will be charged a cancellation fee - 50% of the scheduled service(s). • No call/ no shows and day of cancellations will result in a 100% cancellation fee. No call/ no shows will be banned from booking again. • Cancellation 48 hours before your scheduled appointment will have no charge associated. LATE ARRIVALS • All appointments have a 10 minute grace period • Arrival more than 10 minutes late will result in a $10 LATE FEE. • I will do my best to accommodate the appointment, however the original design/service may have to be amended in the interest of time. • After 15 minutes, your appointment will be canceled. My door will be locked and you will be charged a 100% cancellation fee. PAYMENT • I accept debit & all major credit cards including Apple Pay or Google Pay. I do accept cash, but please have exact change as I do not have change for cash payments • Payment is due at the time of service -- no exceptions. • No refunds of any kind. INCORRECT BOOKING INFO Please book the appropriate services for your appointment 🤍 If you want nail art, please book the fitting nail art tier. If you need to soak off a nail enhancement (my work only), please book so I can allocate the time to do so. In some cases if soak offs aren’t booked correctly, we may not have time for what you originally booked. If you show up to your appointment with foreign work on your nails, I will unfortunately have to refuse service. As stated in my policies, I do not work over or remove work from other nail salons/nail techs. Keep this in mind and message me if you have questions. COVID-19/SICK POLICY • If you need to reschedule due to COVID or illness, please communicate with me so we can reschedule your appointment 🤍 • If you tested positive for COVID-19 & would like to reschedule within 2 weeks, a negative Covid test is required 2-3 days before appointment. • If you're feeling any sick symptoms or have been around others who have, please cancel reschedule! • Masks are not required, but are definitely encouraged especially during flu season. I wear a mask at all times due to being around various chemical fumes & nail dust all day, & recommend clients do so as well! * No extra guests in the suite at this time due to lack of seating. However, there is a lobby/waiting area located in W Salon Suites where guests can sit & wait 🥰* * Appointment length times may vary and can be longer than time stated on website. Depending on the services, amount of nail art, & if we’re doing a soak off — my services can take anywhere from 2-4 hours. Please keep this in mind when booking & any other obligations or responsibilities you may have around appointment times.
